Topklean EL20A

For cleaning electronics assemblies

A cleaning solvent specifically designed to clean solder paste deposits, fluxes, and other residues in the production of printed circuit boards (PCBs).

Topklean EL20A is designed for use in a co-solvent process to remove residues and leave the surface free of organic and inorganic deposits.

Topklean EL20A is recommended for use in conjunction with ProSolv®IPA.

RECOMMENDED PROCESSES
Application: Can be sprayed or dipped with ultrasonics.

Cosolvent or Bi-solvent Process: Components immersed in Topklean EL20A and then in a second stage of ProSolv®IPA as a separate step.

Filtering: Can be filtered via vacuum distillation to maintain optimal parameters.

ProSolv®AS-1 is available in the following container sizes and weights:

  • 180 litre (approx.) drum, 250kg.
  • 18 litre (approx.) can, 25kg.

The weight of ProSolv®AS-1 is 1.39 kg per litre.

SHELF LIFE
36 months from the date of manufacture.

Store in tightly closed original container in a well-ventilated place. Store at ambient temperatures and out of direct sunlight.
